PAL of course but they are expensive. For cheaper tickets I would fly with Korea Air, China or United they normally have a layover though.

If you will be coming from another country going to the Philippines, Cathay Pacific is one of the best airline i can recommend you. But if you are here in the Philippines & would only have domestic travel, Philippine Airlines & its sister company Air Philippines were the best.

Of course there’s Philippine Airlines.
Then there’s China Airlines and Cathay Pacific. I haven’t traveled but my husband and mother-in-law and other relatives visit Philippines a lot via Cathay Pacific and China Airlines. They haven’t had negative comments about these airlines so far.
